Vemlora Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong on 13 October 2026 as a private company limited by shares. The business was founded on a straightforward observation: buying from Asia is not difficult because of price — it is difficult because of certainty. Buyers need to know the specification is understood, the quality is verified, the paperwork is compliant and the goods will arrive when promised.
Vemlora exists to provide that certainty. We combine sourcing and supplier development work in mainland China with a Hong Kong trading, documentation and consolidation base, so customers deal with one accountable counterparty instead of a chain of intermediaries.
Today we supply electronic products and components, hardware and metal parts, and a set of trade services that includes quality inspection, supplier audits, warehousing and trade documentation. Our customers are distributors, industrial integrators, brand owners and OEM buyers across more than thirty markets.

Mainland China supply base
We work with an established panel of factories across Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Fujian, covering electronics assembly, precision machining, stamping, moulding, extrusion and finishing. Suppliers are audited for capability, capacity and quality system before an order is placed.
Hong Kong contracting entity
Vemlora Limited contracts with you directly. Purchasing, quality inspection, documentation and commercial responsibility sit with our Hong Kong entity, so you have one contract, one invoice and one point of accountability.
Kwai Chung consolidation
Goods from multiple suppliers are received, checked, consolidated and re-packed in Hong Kong — a free port with no import duty — then shipped as a single consignment by sea, air or express.
